TERM AND CONDITIONS 

All items will be inspected before leaving and upon return for damage.

Gear and dates are not secured until payment has been made.  

All rentals are to be paid for in advance of use.

All rentals require 50% damage deposit that is fully refundable with on time return of items in condition in which they were rented.  

Damaged items

  cost to repair damages will be taken from damage deposit.

• 
  

  client is fully responsible for missing, lost and or broken items.

• 
  

  full replacement cost for missing, lost or broken items will be issued via invoice to the client named on the original invoice.

• 
  

  replacement cost will be set at the current purchase price for individual items.

Cancellations: 

Cancelations and changes can be made up to 7 days before date with full refund. After 7 days you will be charged a cancellation fee with remaining refunded to you. 

Payment made, is considered agreement to terms & conditions.

We are unable to install car seats into your vehicle all other items we are happy to assist with set up
